Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): is a therapy that focuses on improving behavior of an individual. Behavior is simply anything a living organism does.
ABA can be used to increase social skills, play, attention, communication, academics as well as adaptive learning skills, like fine motor dexterity, hygiene, grooming, and domestic capabilities,.
It is also use to decrease or eliminate hyperactivity, problem behavior such as self injurious behavior, aggression toward siblings and people in the environment. Applied Behavior Analysis treatment method is based on the child’s need.
