Ngozi is an OND holder in Mass Communication. She attended different training and workshop on facilitation. In 2015, she started working with children with Autism spectrum disorder in a centre that build and develop children’s’ speech and language.

She joined BRAE in 2017 and did series of observation on ‘one on one’ intervention. She started out by helping special needs children with learning and modifies their behavior in school environment.

She is well verse in implementing a child Individualized Educational Plan.
